What is the opportunity?

The Senior Multimedia Learning Designer is responsible for designing, storyboarding, illustrating, and producing engaging animated learning content for internal and external audience. This role combines instructional design principles with motion graphics, visual storytelling, and video production to create professional e-learning experiences, awareness campaigns, and educational videos.

The ideal candidate can independently take a project from concept through final delivery, including script interpretation, storyboarding, graphic design, animation, voiceover coordination, and publishing.

What will you do?

  • Learning Content Development: Partner with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives. Translate complex concepts into clear visual stories. Develop video-based learning assets, microlearning modules, and awareness campaigns.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Produce 2-to-5-minute animated videos. Animate characters, icons, diagrams, and interface elements. Create text animations and visual callouts. Design transitions and motion sequences.
  • Graphic Design: Create custom illustrations and branded assets. Design visual systems consistent with corporate branding. Develop reusable templates and animation libraries.
  • E-Learning Support: Convert videos into interactive learning experiences. Support development in LMS platforms. Assist with accessibility and compliance requirements.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5-8 years of experience in motion graphics, multimedia design, or learning design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating educational or corporate animation projects.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Motion Graphics: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator
  • Visual Design: Illustration, layout design, typography, brand application
