This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress and a strong eye for design. The ideal candidate will enhance the organization's digital presence by creating and maintaining high-quality assets, supporting the digital needs of the organization , and ensuring seamless functionality and user experience across print, web and event management solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign visually compelling print materials such as flyers, signage and program booklets using Adobe creative Suite and Canva that reflect the CSG brand.Design, build and maintain visually compelling, user-centered websites using WordPress and Elementor.Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, accessibility standards.Apply SEO best practices, including metadata, alt text, site structure and page speed, to improve search visibility.Build and manage forms, workflows, and data collection tools in JotForm and related platforms.Manage event-related digital solutions, including event registration systems, reporting dashboards, and microsite development within Cvent and other platforms.Support regional offices and affiliate organizations with design, web, and event platform needs.Stay ahead of evolving design trends, web tools, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's digital capabilities and aesthetics.Edit short-form video for web and social use.Attending events and meetings to provide on-site support as needed.SKILLS AND ABILITIESStrong proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and form builders such as JotForm.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for digital and print design.Video editing experience for short-form web and social content preferred.Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and related web development technologies preferred.Experience with Cvent platform management and troubleshooting preferred.Experience building or managing databases preferred.Experience with animation (motion graphics, GIFs, or basic After Effects work) is preferred.Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.Strong interpersonal skills including self-awareness, sensitivity and valuing others.Dedication to public service with an unfailing commitment to act with civility, be nonpartisan in performing CSG duties, and be a responsible steward of member and donor funds.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in web design and development.COMPENSATIONThe salary range for this position, based in Lexington, KY, is $52,000 to $60,000.
