Key Responsibilities:

  • Estate Sale Execution: Organize, stage, price, research, and run on-site estate sale events with tech-savvy POS/checkout tools.
  • Senior Move Management: Coordinate and execute senior downsizing, sorting, packing, and settling clients comfortably into their new homes.
  • Property Cleanouts & Logistics: Support full house cleanouts, coordinating with donation centers, recycling hubs, and disposal services.
  • Client & Family Support: Serve as a patient, calming presence for seniors and family members navigating emotional transitions.
  • Operational Leadership: Assist the founder with daily team management, vendor scheduling, inventory control, and project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Heart for Service: Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with older adults and grieving families.
  • Hands-On Experience: Background in senior move management, estate sales, professional organizing, logistics, or military leadership strongly preferred.
  • Uncompromising Integrity: Absolute honesty, trustworthiness, and discretion around client homes and valuables.
  • Military Veterans Welcome: We deeply value the leadership, adaptability, punctuality, and work ethic that military service instills.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 50 lbs, and handle hands-on packing/sorting.
  • Logistics: Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to client sites locally.
