We are looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and manage the daily operational aspects of the business in a safe manner. In this role you will work with customers, vendors, and all staff members to meet established operating goals and standards. Join our growing team today!
What We Offer
  • Base pay: $22 - $24 per hour

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and dispatch mover/driver teams daily; coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments
  • Lead by example in communication, performance, attitude, attendance, and work ethic; responsible for team development and motivation
  • Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand
  • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or assist with these processes
  • Complete various dispatch duties, including: performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, vehicle inspections, and paperwork audits
  • Assist with coordinating and directing fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner
  • Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines
  • Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
  • Assist with customer concerns and damage resolution processes as necessary
  • Responsible for being an “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours
