Location: This position will primarily report to jobs in Washington, DC; however, occasionally the position may asked to cover jobs in the surrounding area
Compensation Details:- Hourly rate: $21$23/hour commensurate with experience

Were looking for a highly organized, client-focused Move Manager who plays a key hands-on role in every move from the first walkthrough to the final box unpacked working closely alongside the rest of the crew to get it right. This is a hands-on, field-based role in the Washington, DCBaltimore Metro area requiring local availability and reliable transportation.
What Youll Be Doing:- Execute residential and commercial moves as part of the move team
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on assigned jobs, including pre-move planning and move day
- Work alongside move crews and vendors onsite to carry out the move plan
- Handle inventory, packing logistics, and special-handling items
- Coordinate with building management and move-in coordinators to ensure compliance with building requirements onsite
- Help resolve issues and escalations quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
What It Takes to Succeed- Grace under pressure You maintain professionalism and a client-centered approach even when others around you are frustrated
- Hands-on move experience 12+ years in move management, relocation coordination, or a related field
- Strong teamwork and communication You work well as part of a crew, communicate clearly, and pull your weight to help keep the job on schedule
- On-the-road and physical readiness Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, availability for three or more consecutive days per week, and ability to lift at least 25 pounds in active environments
- Tech-savvy Proficient with move management software and comfortable learning new system
