Job Overview: 
We are seeking a proactive and attentive TikTok Live Stream Moderator to support our live selling sessions. The moderator will ensure a smooth and positive live shopping experience by managing interactions, maintaining community standards, and assisting our hosts during live streams. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor live chat during TikTok selling sessions to ensure a positive, respectful, and engaging environment.  
  • Engage with viewers by pinning comments, highlighting questions, and encouraging participation.  
  • Assist the host by managing questions, comments, and any technical issues that arise during the live broadcast. 
  • Enforce community guidelines and TikTok policies to prevent spam, inappropriate content, or disruptive behavior. 
  • Filter and report inappropriate comments or behavior to the relevant teams promptly.  
  • Coordinate with the marketing and host teams to facilitate smooth live sessions.  
  • Track viewer engagement and provide feedback for future live stream improvements.  
  • Help manage inventory questions or issues related to products being showcased.  
  • Stay updated on new TikTok features and best practices for live selling. 

Qualifications: 
  • Prior experience in live chat moderation, social media management, or customer service preferred.
