This is an on-site, freelance (1099) contract position for an initial project duration of 1–2 weeks in June, with the potential for additional project-based work in the future. We are looking to build a pool of reliable moderators for upcoming recurring projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and coach participants so they feel comfortable, confident, and creative during 1-2 hour sessions

  • Direct participants through a structured list of activities

  • Ability to stand, move, and actively direct sessions for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
