We are currently seeking an Account Executive (Business Development Manager) to join our Medical division and to help us to maintain our commitment to excellence as we continue to grow. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including networking, lead generation, client meetings, and drip marketing campaigns. You will develop customized staffing solutions that connect healthcare facilities with qualified professionals, helping organizations meet their staffing needs efficiently while supporting meaningful career opportunities for medical professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research prospective healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations)
  • Generate new business through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
  • Develop and qualify leads within an assigned territory
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms in alignment with corporate guidelines
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Partner with the Division Director and Vice President to implement territory marketing strategies
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and metrics
  • Accurately report sales activity in Avionte Bold (CRM)
  • Must be comfortable marketing candidates to our clients as well as selling services
  • Ability to ensure that all compliance and regulatory items are met within the hiring process
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment with rapidly changing priorities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of outside B2B sales experience (service industry preferred)
  • Staffing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Energetic self-starter with a consistent record of sales success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor in all situations
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
