About the Role:

The Project Manager in the construction industry is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of construction projects from initiation through to closure. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by effectively managing resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. They are accountable for comprehensive project planning, risk management, and cost control to optimize project outcomes and profitability. Minimum Qualifications:
