Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 initiatives, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic IT initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects involving Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Manage Exchange Online migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Oversee SharePoint Online migrations, governance, and information architecture projects.
  • Lead Microsoft Teams deployment, governance, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare executive-level project status reports and communications.
  • Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and project best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
