Job description

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
 2. Minimum 12 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, Including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.
  
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Minimum experience of managing a program Budget of a minimum of $100 million.
  2.  Seven years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting.
  3.  Understanding of data governance, Privacy, compliance standards
  4.  Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  5.  1-7 years of experience working with technical teams, data analyst and integration partners. Comfortable leading technical discussions
  6. Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute
