Job description

Job Title

This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote position. We are a product company, and we are hiring globally. Hiring in the US and Canada for this position.

Responsibilities

Tools: FullStory + Amplitude + Metabase + Canny + Crisp

  • Customer Success Journey: responsible for onboarding, retention & renewal KPIs, especially for key accounts and target customers
  • Campaign Management: help personalize customer campaign strategies by analyzing data of campaigns and running A/B tests
  • Customer Insights: help product and design teams understand customer behaviors using Amplitude/Fullstory/Metabase data and video calls with customers
  • Be a self-starter and a team player keen on mentoring others and growing your own skill set within a fast paced environment
Qualifications
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • 3+ years of professional full-time experience in a similar customer success for SaaS products
  • Proven customer-facing and analytical skills
  • [Nice to have] Experience in e-commerce and tech startups
