Job description

  • 5+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops at B2B SaaS.
  • Deep CRM expertise - ideally Salesforce or HubSpot (Monday experience a plus).
  • Strong SQL + BI (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar).
  • Analytical rigor; you love spreadsheets the way designers love Figma.
  • Based in NYC; US work authorization.
What You'll Do
  • Own the GTM tech stack - CRM (Monday + Salesforce/HubSpot as relevant), outreach, forecasting, CPQ, attribution.
  • Design and run the forecast process - pipeline hygiene, conversion analytics, quota capacity planning.
  • Instrument the funnel - lead to MQL to SQL to opp to closed-won; identify drop-offs and fix them.
  • Partner with Finance on ARR, NRR, CAC, payback, and board reporting.
  • Design compensation, territories, and quotas in partnership with leadership.
  • Own dashboards and weekly GTM reviews; bring data to every decision.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops at B2B SaaS.
