Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementations Agent based in Netherlands.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the customer activation journey for a growing B2B SaaS platform serving an international marketplace. As one of the first professionals dedicated to this function, you will build processes, drive customer adoption, and ensure newly onboarded clients quickly realize value from the platform. Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to increase engagement and accelerate digital transformation. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership, influence processes, and make a measurable business impact, this role offers an exciting challenge with significant growth potential.

Accountabilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 to 25 customer accounts, guiding each through different stages of platform activation and adoption.
  • Drive customer engagement by proactively identifying inactivity or adoption risks and implementing strategies to increase usage before churn occurs.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve activation processes and best practices to create a scalable onboarding playbook.
  • Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth customer handoffs and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics using business intelligence and CRM platforms to prioritize outreach and optimize activation efforts.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to remove adoption barriers and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Take ownership of customer outcomes by identifying solutions, executing action plans, and driving measurable activation success.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Customer Activation, or a similar client-facing SaaS role.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption and activation of B2B customers, particularly those transitioning to digital solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance relationship-building and proactive customer engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics such as time-to-value, activation rates, customer engagement, and churn indicators.
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable building processes in a fast-growing environment with limited structure.
  • Native-level Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, or business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Metabase, Snowflake, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in marketplace businesses, SaaS, agtech, supply chain, floriculture, produce, or related industries is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Full-time, permanent employment contract.
  • Structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for career progression.
  • English language classes and ongoing professional development support.
  • Financial assistance for certifications and continuous learning.
  • Collaborative, ownership-driven culture where new ideas are encouraged and valued.
  • Opportunity to work with international teams across the Americas and Europe.
  • Dynamic, fast-growing environment offering significant autonomy and impact.
