Sales Representative (Las Vegas, NV)

The goal of this position is to maximize sales through the promotion of our products with regular and continuous service to the assigned sales outlets, always ensuring correct execution.


As a Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying and communicating to direct manager market opportunities to increase sales.
  • Visiting all points of sale assigned as part of a route.
  • Generating sales in the assigned stores by:
  1. Knowing and having all the information to execute a sale
  2. Marketing our products and executing the display
  3. Creating and maintaining customer relationships
  4. Scan products that are marketed at each point of sale
  5. Performing an inventory survey at each point of sale to identify which products to order and keep inventory based on the store’s rotation to avoid depletion.
  • Creating and maintaining a solid relationship with personnel of the points of sales.
  • Negotiating with the points of sales the execution of additional exhibits, tasting events and activities that will promote our products.
  • Reporting in a truthful and timely manner in the different systems of the company the required information.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual: English (fluent) and Spanish (intermediate or higher).
  • Associate Degree, technical certificate, or post-secondary coursework.
  • 1+ years of previous merchandising, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Experience with a CPG company or the retail industry (Preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and apps on cellular/Wireless devices.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.
  • Availability to travel visiting stores in different cities.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to walk and move around 2/3 of the time.
  • Using fingers to operate tools and devices.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone and in person.
