Are you a driven outside sales professional who wants more than a base salary and a capped commission plan?
Total Pay Solutions is looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive to sell merchant services, payment processing, and POS solutions to small businesses. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build their own book of business, create recurring residual revenue, and work with a growing company focused on helping local businesses improve how they get paid.

In this role, you will:
- Prospect and win new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face selling
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers
- Present customized POS and payment processing solutions
- Manage the sale from first contact to close
- Build long-term client relationships that generate ongoing residual income
- Track pipeline activity and maintain strong follow-up discipline
We are looking for someone with:
- High level of personal accountability, follow-through, and professionalism
- 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Merchant services, POS, payroll, telecom, insurance, or other consultative B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Ownership mindset and self-starter mentality
- Professional communication and relationship-building ability
- Discipline, consistency, and hunger to perform
