This is a front-facing role where youll:

  • Convert prospects into long-term members

    • Monday opening 5:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
    • Tuesday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
    • Wednesday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
    • Saturday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
    • Sunday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30

What Youll Do
  • Drive membership sales through lead follow-up, booking, and closing
  • Connect with prospects and guide them into Intro Classes
  • Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience from first visit to sign-up
  • Conduct studio tours and build genuine relationships
  • Hit and exceed sales goals across memberships and retail
  • Support member retention through ongoing communication
  • Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy studio environment
  • Assist with marketing efforts, events, and social media
What Were Looking For
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Confident communicator in person and on the phone
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
