Job Description
  • This person will take patient calls when they need additional or new products. They will answer questions, order supplies and call the doctors office to verify that the patient can have these supplies. If there are any issues/questions they will follow up and work with the provider, insurance and patient to resolve. They work hand in hand with the sales reps one the sale has been made. If someone has ever upsold during their career as a CSR that is a plus.
Qualifications

2 years of Medical customer service rep experience

Understanding of Medicare and Commercial insurance

Able to verify insurance

Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy

Must have EMR skillset

Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills are essential

Demonstrated ability to accurately perform data entry and pay close attention to detail

Monday-Friday 8:00am am-5:00pm ย 

Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
