Internal Sales Rep - Medical Devices/HCT

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Hearing Care Technician to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in hearing healthcare, with a clearly defined path toward becoming a licensed Hearing Care Specialist. Ideal candidates bring strong backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields, and are ready to put these skills to work in a clinical setting.

We offer comprehensive training, including mentorship and support for licensing requirements. You will begin by assisting with patient care and hearing aid adjustments, gaining hands-on experience that builds your technical and interpersonal skills. As you progress, we provide the education and resources you need to achieve a Hearing Care Specialist license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
  • Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
  • Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
  • Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
