Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 annually + bonus eligible

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two busy, fast-paced pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally driven, and has a strong understanding of dental practice management, including credentialing, scheduling, team development, and overall office performance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of two pediatric dental and orthodontic offices.
  • Lead, coach, and support front and back office teams to promote a positive, patient-focused culture.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and operational excellence across both locations.
  • Manage provider credentialing and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve office performance.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
  • Assist with payroll, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and office budgets.
  • Resolve patient concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of dental office management experience required.
  • Previous experience managing a busy pediatric dental and/or orthodontic practice strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in provider credentialing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
