Job description

In this position, the Back Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting customer and vendor contracts management, customer onboarding and accounts payable.

This position requires extensive telephone-based engagement with vendors & customers as well as a high volume of vendor bills and payment processing

This is a full-time, in-office position working from our Mid-town Atlanta Office

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Vendor contracts management â new service orders, service renewals & cancelations
  • Customer contracts management â sales support, customer onboarding, customer contracts
  • Accounts Payable - validation, posting and payment of vendor invoices (500+ per month)
  • General office administration & support duties as assigned


Requirements

  • 4 years of business administration experience in a professional office environment.
  • 4 years of business software experience including Microsoft excel and accounting software
  • 3 years of experience with vendor & customer contracts management
  • 3 years of experience with general bookkeeping including AP & AR
  • 3 years of telephone based customer service/support experience
  • Punctual & well organized with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills (phone & writing)
  • Professional disposition with ability to handle challenging situations in a calm manner
