Job description

Dental Office Assistant
Schedule: Tues–Thurs, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (Potential Monday add‐on)
Benefits: 401(k) with up to 3% match, supportive team culture, patient‐first environment

About Us
We’re a small, family‐like dental practice that values teamwork, kindness, and a genuinely positive patient experience. Our office runs on collaboration, clear communication, and people who take pride in doing things well. If you enjoy a fun, supportive environment where everyone pitches in, you’ll feel right at home.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Dental Office Assistant who is comfortable helping in both the front and back office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is excited to support patients and the clinical team wherever needed.

Experience presenting treatment plans or a background in sales is strongly preferred. Confidence in discussing care, value, and next steps with patients will help you thrive here.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is eager to learn, grows quickly in their role, and retains information easily so they can deliver consistent, high‐quality support
  • A team‐oriented personality who enjoys helping others and contributing to a smooth workflow
  • Comfort with both administrative and clinical assisting tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, patient‐centered approach
  • Experience with treatment plan presentation, case acceptance, or sales is a plus
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist with front office tasks: scheduling, check‐in/out, insurance coordination, patient communication
  • Support back office needs: sterilization, room turnover, patient flow
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
  • Contribute to a culture where patients feel cared for and the team feels supported

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A close‐knit team that treats each other like family
  • A fun, upbeat environment that still prioritizes professionalism and patient care
  • A predictable daytime schedule with early afternoons free
  • Growth opportunities as our practice expands
  • 401(k) with up to 3% employer match
  • Competitive pay at $20–$25/hr, based on experience

If you’re someone who learns quickly, enjoys helping wherever needed, and wants to be part of a practice that truly values people, we’d love to meet you!
