Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions. This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process. From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.

What Experience can you Bring? HS Diploma or Equivalent 2 + years customer service or office experience required. Banking experience preferred.
