Job description

 TEKsystems is hiring a Hospital Answering Service Operator to work ON SITE for a client based in Boston, MA.

These positions would take place 100% on site and would offer the opportunity to work for a top employer in the Boston market. Room to move up within the organization!

Job Description

-Taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics

-Determining who is on the call

-Retrieving customer contact information in database

-Triaging the call to the appropriate contact.

Hours

Monday- Saturday- 5 days a week- 40-hour work week- NO SUNDAYS

2nd shift hours- training is typically 10:30am-6:30pm/7:00pm- shift after training will fall between the hours of 2pm-11pm (8 hour shift)

Pay

$22- 25/hr.
