ProHealth is the largest provider of Occupational Health services to employers in the Florida Panhandle and the leading independent laboratory testing company on the Gulf Coast—providing lab and medical services to over 50,000 patients annually across our 7 locations.

About the Role:

ProHealth is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our in-person team at headquarters. This individual will be a key part of our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and staff alike. If you're passionate about healthcare, thrive under pressure, and love problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Promptly return voicemails and ensure all inquiries are followed up on thoroughly and accurately.
  • Handle patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs or route them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks at headquarters including data entry, mail handling, filing, supply organization, and general office support.
  • Provide real-time support to our clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication.
  • Ensure every patient and partner receives top-tier service, reflecting ProHealth's mission and values.
