About the Role:

ProHealth is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our in-person team at headquarters. This individual will be a key part of our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and staff alike. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Promptly return voicemails and ensure all inquiries are followed up on thoroughly and accurately.
  • Handle patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs or route them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks at headquarters including data entry, mail handling, filing, supply organization, and general office support.
  • Provide real-time support to our clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication.
  • Ensure every patient and partner receives top-tier service, reflecting ProHealth's mission and values.
