Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Seattle
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, managers, and departments as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Order and track office supplies and assist with vendor communication
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred
