About the Role
SumBridge is partnering with a Seattle-based global leader in technology to find an Executive Assistant supporting Finance leadership. This is more than admin support - you'll coordinate executive priorities, manage communications, drive meeting execution, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This role is hybrid after first 90 days.
What You'll Do
  • Manage complex calendars for Finance leadership, including recurring close, planning, audit, and tax meetings
  • Coordinate meetings across executives, auditors, and external partners - prep agendas, capture minutes, track action items
  • Plan executive travel, offsites, and company events
  • Prepare and reconcile executive expense reports
  • Handle executive communications, correspondence, and presentations
  • Maintain confidential files and records with strong version control
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

What You Bring
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Legal
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion with highly sensitive financial and business information
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); Smartsheet a plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Compensation & Benefits
$43.27-$55.29/hour, based on experience. Includes medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 50% match (no cap), FSA options, profit-sharing eligibility, gym and transportation reimbursements, and vacation starting at 2 weeks (up to 4 weeks at 5+ years).
