Job description

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support key executives in the Annapurna Labs organization at Amazon.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of one of the most transformative areas in technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and trusted operator-someone who thrives in high-performance environments, demonstrates excellent judgment, and brings exceptional organization and communication skills to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across global time zones, and prioritize scheduling needs with efficiency and discretion. Ensure the executive is well-prepared and focused on the highest-leverage activities.
- Track action items, prepare agendas, manage follow-ups, and support execution of key priorities across the leadership team.
- Serve as a key liaison between Annapurna Labs and internal and external partner organizations.
- Ensure clear and timely communication, alignment, and progress on shared goals.
- Own logistics for executive travel, high-impact meetings including leadership offsites, exec reviews, customer briefings, townhalls and internal forums

Ensure experiences are well-run, productive, and professionally executed.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anticipate needs, act with discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment on behalf of the executive.
