Job description

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders are essential. Role is 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities
  • Provide backup calendar support and scheduling for leaders.
  • Assist with logistics and planning for leadership meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
  • Complete and file expense reports.
  • Track and help drive the completion of deliverables and follow up on open action items.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Calendar Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • At least 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits
