Assignment: Paralegal part-time

Key Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Negotiation Support: Assist Contract Specialist during negotiations and meetings to prepare for negotiations, including note-taking, coordinating contract drafts (chain of custody management), and managing meeting logistics.
  • Document Preparation: Draft revisions, reiterations, and other contract and negotiation documents, employing chain of custody management.
  • Negotiation Support Management: Organize and maintain contract files, correspondences, and negotiation notes; manage deadlines and schedules.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, and communication between negotiating team, consultants, proposer, and other parties.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on statutes, FTA Circular, client policy, and other legal research as needed (including, but not limited to, copyright and intellectual property law) to support negotiation strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Writing Skills: Clear and precise drafting of legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing files, documents, and contract negotiation information efficiently.
