Do you love creating cinematic video, telling stories through a camera, and producing content that people actually want to watch? 

Anderson Auto Group (AAG) is looking for a Media Production Specialist to take our creative output to the next level.  This an opportunity for a talented videographer and editor to produce broadcast-quality television/CTV commercials, YouTube content, digital advertising, radio spots, and brand campaigns. AAG is an 8franchise auto dealer group plus a large powersports store and a cycle shop with Sales, Service, Parts, and Collision locations in Lincoln, NE, St. Joseph, MO, and Grand Island, NE.

What You’ll Create 

  • Television commercials for broadcast, streaming, and OTT 

  • Long-form YouTube videos featuring vehicles, dealership stories, and service content 

  • Radio and streaming audio commercials 

  • Digital advertising creative for paid media campaigns 

  • Event recap videos and on-location productions throughout our dealerships 

What You’ll Do 

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional video productions from concept through final delivery 

  • Capture high-quality video and audio on location 

  • Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, or similar professional software 

  • Produce polished motion graphics, color grading, audio mixing, and finishing 

  • Coordinate shoots, talent, equipment, and production schedules 

  • Ensure advertising creative meets manufacturer (OEM) requirements and adheres to media approval deadlines 

  • Maintain organized media libraries and production assets 

  • Travel between AAG locations (Lincoln, NE – Grand Island, NE – St. Joseph, MO) for scheduled productions  

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on various projects both within and outside the scope of this role 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Professional experience shooting and editing commercial-quality video 

  • Strong portfolio or demo reel (required) 

  • Comfortable behind the camera - experience with professional camera systems, operating across multiple camera bodies and brands (DSLR, mirrorless, etc) as well as lighting setups, and audio equipment. 

  • Strong understanding of composition, exposure, frame rates, codecs, and camera operation 

  • Experience with color correction, sound design, and post-production workflows 

  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines 

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently 

  • Experience producing radio or audio spots is a plus 

  • Automotive or retail marketing experience is helpful but not required 

  • Drone certification is a bonus but not required
