Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
• Strong experience in Program Management within Manufacturing Engineering or Product Development environments preferably in Medical Devices domain.
• Solid understanding of Product Design & Development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Engineering Analysis Tools.
• Experience with Design Controls and Change Management processes.
• Proven ability in Stakeholder and Supplier Management.
• Experience Plastics Engineering, Component Design, and Mold Design.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Digital literacy on MS Office Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technical program management for manufacturing and product engineering initiatives.
• Drive Product Design & Development activities in collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Manage engineering analysis tools and support data-driven decision-making across programs.
• Oversee Design Change Control activities in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage Change Management activities, ensuring controlled implementation of design and process changes.
• Coordinate Stakeholder Management, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Lead Supplier Management activities, including supplier coordination, technical reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Support Plastics and Component Design, including part development, validation, and manufacturability considerations.
• Engage in Mold and Tooling Design discussions, reviews, and readiness assessments.
• Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality expectations.
• Prepare and present program status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Salary Range $110,000-$120,000Per year
