Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Tomahawk team for Recertification Program supporting a large, high visibility, fast-paced development program. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of developing and achieving program material delivery and financial performance objectives in a matrixed environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership.
In this highly visible role, you'll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams. You'll create and execute the Program Material Strategy to ensure flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure. The MPM is the single point of contact interfacing with the Program Office and internal customers, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts. The MPM oversees all Supply Chain Management activities needed to meet program requirements and ensures a link between various Supply Chain functions including Purchasing/Sub-Contracts, Logistics and Production Control.
What You Will Do:
  • Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans
    Cost Account Manager supporting EVMS tasks
  • Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process
  • Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs)
  • Monitor performance metrics and address program and functional issues
  • Ability to travel 10%

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience with SAP and/or PRISM
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
