Job Description:
The Role and Impact
As a Materials Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's success by ensuring seamless transitions from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). Your expertise will align manufacturing strategies with market dynamics and business requirements to optimize bills of materials, mitigate risks, streamline the supply chain, and balance costs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will influence supplier and component selection, drive planning and procurement activities across product platforms, and manage supplier performance to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives. Your impact will be felt across Intel's global operations, enabling efficient manufacturing and production processes that support innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for materials risk assessment, inventory optimization, and supply chain streamlining.
- Coordinate the acquisition of materials for NPI programs/projects and ramp readiness, ensuring smooth transitions to HVM.
- Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual requirements, evaluate performance, and discuss cost opportunities and future operational strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across project management, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to define customer demand and raw materials requirements.
- Drive planning and procurement activities at both product and cross-product platform levels, ensuring bills of materials integrity, availability, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Provide regular status updates and assessments to stakeholders, establish contingency plans, and monitor program indicators for risk mitigation.
- Analyze data to design solutions for complex processes and develop systems/tools to improve efficiency organization-wide.
- Manage suppliers to achieve on-time delivery, cycle time performance, and material escalation resolution, while optimizing bills of materials cost and engineering change order closures.
- Support new site startups and settle liabilities in alignment with production goals and inventory control objectives.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

- 2+ years in business intelligence tools, data modeling, and transformation.
- 2+ years in managing complex supplier relationships and drive operational strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Proven ability to execute disciplined processes and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.
