Position Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth within the industrial, manufacturing, food processing, distribution, and facility services sectors. This is a high-impact role focused on developing large-scale opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and positioning Republic Master Chefs as the premier provider for uniform rental and facility service programs.
We are specifically seeking an experienced Uniform Rental Account Executive with a proven track record in the uniform/workwear rental and facility services industry, and the ability to successfully engage decision-makers at all levels within an organization.
Candidates with current experience in uniform rental, workwear, or facility service organizations are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business opportunities within targeted industrial/pharmaceutical/Aerospace/biotech/advanced manufacturing/logistics/Hollywood/entertainment/Event Venues and food processing markets
  • Prospect and build relationships with operations leaders, plant managers, procurement teams, and executive leadership
  • Conduct facility assessments and present customized uniform solutions from sizing to installing.
  • Build strategic sales plans focused on long-term growth and account development
  • Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry engagement
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistent CRM activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals and KPI expectations
  • Represent Republic Master Chefs professionally within the marketplace and industry events

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience preferred
  • Current employment in uniform rental, facility services, or related service industries is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, or distribution environments preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • CRM experience and proficiency in Sales Force
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
