Leading this vision is German Certified Master Chef Andreas Roller, whose career spans international luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants and premier catering venues.
The Cook is responsible for the following:
  • Working across a variety of kitchen stations, mastering preparation, cooking, and presentation in a high-volume environment.
  • Execute refined service with precision, speed, and pride.
  • Take ownership during service and step up as a leader in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
  • Assist senior chefs in planning and preparing quality service across all food and beverage operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, consistency, sanitation, and safe food handling

Requirements
  • A motivated team-player who wants to grow, learn, and lead.
  • Experienced in high-volume or upscale kitchens (1-5 years preferred).
  • Holds a high school diploma or culinary certification; comfortable with basic computer and inventory systems.
  • Professional in communication, teamwork, and appearance.
