Position Summary
Under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor, the Senior Marketing Coordinator establishes and maintains strong relationships with referring providers, patients, and the community on behalf of Proliance Orthopedic Associates. This role requires advanced marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives that support service line growth, patient acquisition, and brand visibility across a multi-location orthopedic practice.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
**Hybrid schedule with a minimum 2-3 days on site, rotating across assigned clinic locations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Referral Outreach Responsibilities:
  • Educate patients, referring providers, and other referral sources on the services and amenities provided at the practice
  • Travel the surrounding geographic area to perform referring clinic drop-ins, schedule meetings, and develop contacts and referral sources
  • Obtain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's markets including key referral sources and patients
  • Identify opportunities for partnering and growth
  • Maintain consistent contact with referring clinics by phone and email
  • Build brand awareness throughout the community; attend and participate in community events
  • Survey referral sources to identify procedural issues that inhibit referrals
  • Report clinical outreach efforts to the Marketing Supervisor, practice administrator, and physicians

Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of individualized marketing plans for physicians to support practice visibility and growth
  • Manage online reputation across all provider and clinic profiles, monitoring reviews and responding in a HIPAA-compliant manner, and sharing insights to improve patient experience
  • Create and execute print and digital marketing materials and campaigns in support of care center initiatives
  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, postcards, mailers, signage, and promotional collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Capture and edit video content for use across digital platforms, websites, and campaigns
  • Develop blog posts, email campaigns, press releases, and website content, coordinating with external vendors and the marketing team to support timely implementation of updates
  • Contribute to SEO and search advertising strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Supervisor and external partners
  • Support Google Ads campaign management in collaboration with the Marketing Supervisor and external partners
  • Compose annual marketing plan and budget in partnership with the Marketing Supervisor and care center leadership

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Manage philanthropic giving and sponsorships on behalf of the practice
  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of uniforms, name tags, badges, print materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise
  • Assist Marketing Supervisor and care center leadership in other duties as requested

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise across digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and graphic design required
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms required
  • Experience working in healthcare, physician practice management, or a multi-location organization preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Video capture and editing skills with ability to produce content independently
  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with physicians, administrators, staff, and community partners
  • Ability to analyze marketing activity and provide performance insights
  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
  • Adherence to all safety, risk management, and precautionary procedures including HIPAA
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
