Summary
The Marketing Supervisor will craft and present the Acra brand to the world. The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for assuring services are in compliance with professional, company policy standards and brand execution requirements. They will assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of staff. Maintain day-to-da design production coordination, monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules. Supervises and monitors the day-to-day activities of a group of (typically non-exempt) staff. Organizes work and provides direct supervision to subordinates.
The Marketing Supervisor will monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs in order to guide current and future strategies. Assist in developing market research studies and analyze their findings. Assist in creating, recommending and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for products and services of the organization. Collaborate with sales to implement new and modified programs and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, and measure results
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities via Salesforce
- Work with SVP Sales and Marketing to develop and manage the company's marketing budget for respective marketing initiatives and campaigns, including vendor billing
- Work with inhouse resources and vendors on creative design/content for all advertising including print, sales collateral, tradeshows and website
- Provide direction on Email marketing and data base management
- Assist with content and design for email marketing
- Perform regular reviews of the website to ensure content accuracy, timeliness and relevance
- Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly in all channels
- Proofread all creative for brand compliance, clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Source, coordinate and manage all vendors associated with Acra's marketing efforts
- Assist content direction for Acra's website properties
- Oversee and direct Acra's image for social media, web content and press releases
- Coordinate with industry trade groups and organize attendance/participation at multiple state functions (Trade Shows)
- Attend/coordinate major trade show events
- Manage direct reports
- Research and assist with implementation of lead data sources
- Coordinate integration of lead data sources into Salesforce
- Additional related duties may be assigned, as required

- Knowledge of graphics, HTML, web pages, and FTP a plus

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred
- 2+ years' experience in managing integrated marketing plans and budgets is preferred
- 1-2 years in a B2B marketing role
- Experience with digital marketing including SEO, PPC and social media
- Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and CRM systems
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
