Description

The Senior Manager of Marketing provides strategic leadership for the organization's marketing function, driving patient acquisition, market growth, brand awareness, and community engagement across Altus Community Healthcare's network of freestanding emergency centers. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives while supporting operational growth across multiple markets.


As the operational leader of the Marketing Department, the Senior Manager of Marketing partners closely with Executive Leadership, Regional General Managers (RGMs), Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), Facility Directors (FDs), Physician Liaisons, Business Development, Human Resources, and external vendors to develop localized growth strategies, strengthen physician and community relationships, and increase patient volume.


This role guides field marketing operations, local and regional campaigns, community outreach, physician engagement initiatives, billboard advertising, Fast Pass implementation, and brand governance while ensuring marketing investments produce measurable business outcomes. 

Requirements

To perform successfully in this role, the individual must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities, including:


Education:

  • Bachelor's   Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare   Administration, or related field required.
  • Master's   Degree (MBA, MHA, or Marketing) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years leading multi-site marketing operations.
  • Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting physician practices, hospitals, emergency medicine, or outpatient healthcare organizations preferred.
