Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

Named to The National Law Journal's List of Emerging Legal Technologies in 2020, PHIflow's contract analytics platform brings an AI-driven approach to the review and categorization of critical, often time sensitive contract information driven by legal, compliance, privacy and information security initiatives.  We're looking for energetic and resourceful team members to help shape our company's culture and join us on our exciting journey.


Essence of the Role

PHIflow is looking to hire a Vice President (VP) of Marketing to lead our company's branding, image, and outreach efforts to support the launch of a new product.  This individual will be our strategic leader for all marketing and advertising efforts as well as be the key liaison between our Sales and Product organizations.  The ideal candidate will take a hands-on role working alongside PHIflow's leadership to help build our marketing infrastructure organically, from the ground up.  This position will report directly to the CEO. 

As the VP of Marketing, you will lead and manage all Marketing and Marketing Operations for PHIflow. You will help up us build and grow this new function of our company. This role will have a direct impact on our success!

Responsibilities

  • Design the commercial brand and go to market strategy that clearly defines the vision and positioning for PHIflow's services and product offering 
  • Segment and delineate customer classifications for targeted strategies in the US Healthcare market  
  • Plan and oversee all advertising and promotional activities
  • Manage and direct all digital marketing efforts (SEO, Email, Social, Industry channels)
  • Hire, develop, and retain marketing team
  • Assist leadership in determining the best use of marketing investment to ensure proper planning, management,controls, analysis and measurement to drive ROI
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor performance against goals to determine the success of marketing programs, promotions and activities


Experience

This role is best suited for someone with at least 8 years of Marketing experience, ideally in a leadership position and at a B2B SaaS company. The candidate will need proven experience in new product marketing, specifically for software, technology, or industry-related products. The experienced candidate will have worked in Healthcare, Legal, HIPAA, Data Security or broader Risk Management industries for multiple years. Broader business and strategic perspectives is a plus, ideally with experience in professional services or management consulting. Experience in building marketing teams within new/young companies is a plus.  Successful completion of undergraduate studies is required; MBA or additional graduate degrees are a plus.
