Job Overview

As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will own key marketing initiatives that strengthen Infinity by Marvin's brand presence and community engagement. This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution across multiple channels and marketing programs.
Highlights of your role
  • Lead and manage marketing projects and programs through proactive planning, detailed project management, and clear communication to ensure alignment with the Infinity by Marvin brand strategy and business initiatives.
  • Manage Infinity by Marvin's social media accounts. Develop, publish, and monitor content across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. Track social media performance metrics using SproutSocial.
  • Own and manage paid social media campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Oversee influencer marketing initiatives to grow Infinity by Marvin brand awareness, including program development, execution, and relationship management.
  • Engage in community management. Respond to messages, foster audience relationships, engage in social listening initiatives, and build strong connections with our dealer partners.
  • Support partner marketing programs by delivering social media content and other marketing assets.
  • Collaborate on creating and refining content across multiple formats, leveraging tools such as PageProof, Asana, Canva, Photoshop, or other platforms as appropriate.
  • Research industry awards and articles for awareness and engagement. Coordinate submissions in collaboration with leadership to position Infinity for recognition in the home improvement industry.
  • Ensure projects meet budgets and deadlines, while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvements.
  • Other projects as assigned.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to organize information, communicate effectively, and collaborate professionally within a team environment, both internally and with external partners.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and business principles, including the evolving landscapes of social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to complete projects with a positive, approachable, responsive, and respectful personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling messages and act in a professional manner in various work settings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience or familiarity with SproutSocial or similar tools for social media reporting.
  • Background in collaborating with external and/or internal creative services or agencies.
  • General familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar resources for content creation.
