Job description

Description:

Why This Role Exists

The Marketing Project Manager exists to create operational clarity, accountability and execution consistency across Blue Heron’s marketing initiatives. This role serves as the connective layer between strategy, creative execution and cross-functional business priorities — ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through completion while maintaining alignment with brand standards, timelines and organizational objectives.

This role helps the marketing department scale by improving workflows, strengthening communication, organizing resources and implementing systems that increase visibility, collaboration and operational efficiency. The Marketing Project Manager plays a critical role in helping teams execute with discipline while supporting a high-performance, integrated design-build environment.

Core Accountabilities

•Lead marketing project planning and execution across Blue Heron divisions and brands, ensuring initiatives move efficiently from concept through completion.

•Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables while aligning priorities between stakeholders, leadership and creative teams.

•Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while proactively identifying risks, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining execution momentum.

•Oversee and optimize project management systems and workflows, including Monday.com or similar operational platforms, to improve visibility, accountability and team efficiency.

•Support workflow automation and operational process improvements that strengthen scalability, communication and reporting consistency across the department.

•Serve as a primary liaison between marketing and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication, organizing feedback and maintaining alignment throughout project lifecycles.

•Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between creative, digital, content, events, sales and leadership teams to support successful execution of marketing initiatives.

•Support organization and management of digital assets, photography resources and marketing materials in partnership with the creative and multimedia teams.

•Monitor project timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables to ensure work remains aligned with brand standards, operational expectations and business objectives.

•Assist with reporting, operational tracking and campaign performance reviews to support continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.

•Research emerging technologies, AI-assisted workflows and operational tools that can improve productivity, scalability and team collaboration.

•Contribute to departmental initiatives and evolving business priorities that support organizational growth, operational excellence and long-term marketing effectiveness.
