  • Web Design & UX Operations: Coordinate web design life cycles, working alongside UI/UX designers, developers, and content creators to build seamless, user-centric web experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure effective coordination among creative, technical, and operational teams by developing clear project plans, managing risk, and maintaining schedule adherence.
  • System Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert in Rivian content management systems (CMS), digital asset tools, and analytics platforms to identify opportunities to streamline publishing and design workflows.
  • Strategic Support: Support executive leadership with all strategic aspects of the digital communications portfolio, using qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide prioritization and future site enhancements.
  • Executive Reporting: Regularly advise senior management on campaign performance, website health metrics, and project status while proactively implementing corrective actions when risks arise.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize digital initiatives by applying structured methodologies across Program Planning, Change Management, Risk Management, and Creative Operations.
  • Integrated Marketing & Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive program marketing and communications plans that align digital touchpoints, web design assets, and campaign messaging with broader business growth and engagement goals.
  • Go-To-Market & Campaign Management: Lead the cross-functional execution of program marketing campaigns—from audience segmentation and positioning to launch execution across web, email, social, and field channels.
