We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the credit union’s digital presence, reputation, member experience, and lead generation across all digital channels. In this role you will develop and execute digital communications strategies, manage social media platforms, create compelling email campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. You’ll report to the VP of Online Marketing and working closely with the Chief Marketing & Retail Officer, will be results-driven with expertise in managing brand communications, driving engagement, lead generation, and optimizing digital member experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Requirements

  • Selects, hires, develops, motivates and coaches associates to achieve credit union and Department goals and objectives; includes cross training of associates.
  • Evaluates work performance of associates through timely and regularly scheduled reviews; recommends promotions, salary adjustments and conducts corrective actions, including terminations, as needed; and effectively handles other associate related issues.

Digital Strategy and Brand Management

  • Oversee and manage the credit union’s digital footprint, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the credit union’s online reputation, engagement, and member loyalty.

Social Media Management

  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the credit union’s brand voice and business objectives.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments to foster positive member relationships. Stay informed on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance the credit union’s digital presence.


Email Marketing and Digital Communications

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive member engagement, product adoption, and retention.
  • Create and manage segmented email lists, ensuring personalized and relevant communication based on member behavior and preferences.


Online Reputation and Member Experience

  • Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, and member feedback across digital platforms to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address member concerns and inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey through optimized digital touchpoints and communications.

Content Development and Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital campaigns that promote products, services, and educational content.
  • Leverage Paid Search/SEO best practices to improve search visibility and drive traffic to digital assets and manage outside vendors as needed.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Use data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Three to five years relevant experience in people management, digital marketing, in either Agency or Corporate environments, with a focus on managing social media, email marketing, and digital communications.

Key Competencies:

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure digital performance.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.

Monetary Growth:

  • Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The range for the Digital Marketing Manager role is $92,141.00 - $115,175.00 annually.
