Summary: This role supports the execution of marketing campaigns across Email/SMS, Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliate, helping ensure everything launches smoothly, on time, and with a high level of accuracy.

It is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign execution and performance tracking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination & Execution

Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Help manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule

Assist in organizing briefs, assets, and campaign details across teams

Support quality checks (links, tracking, creative, copy) before campaigns go live

Email & SMS Marketing

Coordinate with Creative and Copy teams to gather assets and ensure alignment

Help maintain the campaign calendar and ensure deadlines are met

Support A/B testing and basic reporting

Coordinate with CRM agency on execution and timelines

Paid Media

Support the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Assist with organizing creative briefs and asset delivery

Help monitor campaign performance and flag any issues

Support campaign setup QA (links, UTMs, naming conventions)

Coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution

SEO & Affiliate

Support coordination with SEO and Affiliate partners/agencies

Assist with content briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time

Work Environment:   The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment.  The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.

Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.  Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm.  Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.

Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment.  The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance.
