The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employee(s) assigned to this job.
JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Project Manager has growing responsibility for end-to-end project management of numerous small and large-scale marketing projects simultaneously in support of strategic marketing goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and drive marketing projects of varying size and complexity

  • Coordinates all project activities and manages project scope to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, expectations and budget

  • Plans and tracks project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and the critical path using our project management solution 

  • Create workflow that includes all tasks to execute the project; assign each task to the appropriate team members and vendors, and keeps everyone accountable for assigned tasks to ensure task completion

  • Keep team members accountable for assigned tasks 

  • Works independently to effectively manage the flow of information and communication across all project stakeholders 

  • Coordinate installation projects related to various Marketing communications across all mediums

  • Works closely with Content Strategist to define campaign/project goals and identify metrics for success

  • Own, drive, and facilitate project-related meetings (kick-offs, status, internal/business partner reviews, approvals, etc.), communicate action/next steps, and share recaps with team members within a timely manner

  • Conducts project debriefs at the end of the project and communicates the results to stakeholders and/or leadership

  • Proactively identify and resolve time-sensitive project challenges with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach and help solve for potential delays

  • Responsible for all project planning activities associated with complex partner marketing campaigns, including obtaining vendor-created collateral and assigning all tasks to ensure on-time completion of the campaign

  • Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, and is able to present them to large scale audiences or executive leadership as needed 

  • Assists with change management projects, process improvement, and process automation; helping to develop new processes and workflows to allow the team to execute projects more efficiently

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels

  • Be a flexible and collaborative team player; evolving to suit the needs of the business, and supporting teammates along the way

  • Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy and maintain a high-level of confidentiality

  • Strong writing, spelling, and editing skills, including the proven ability to prepare, and proofread clear, concise, and grammatically correct business correspondence and other documents

  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

  • Professional understanding and strategic implementation of standard marketing principles and concepts

  • Seek to drive efficiency while retaining quality

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three (3) plus year's professional experience serving in a high volume Marketing / Creative Project Management or Project Coordinator role 
  • Associate or bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field 
  • Possession of professional project management certification 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in collaborative project management tools such as Monday.com or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Competency navigating team dynamics to positively meet stated expectations
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of individuals doing business from within and outside the Company
  • Confidentiality, integrity, accuracy and problem solving required
