Job description

Please be advised the job position is located in the City of Industry, CA. This position is full-time and ON-SITE.
We are looking for an Email & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our email marketing campaigns, blog content, and customer engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns using Klaviyo, while also supporting blog strategy and content creation to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Klaviyo, strong writing skills, a good understanding of email marketing best practices, and the ability to create content that supports brand awareness, customer retention, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Create and manage email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and promotional campaigns.
  • Write compelling email copy, subject lines, preview text, and calls to action.
  • Segment email audiences based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
  • Monitor and report on email performance, including open rates, click rates, conversion rates, revenue, and unsubscribe rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, email content, creative, send times, and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timing with promotions, product launches, and content initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and publish blog content that supports SEO, customer education, product awareness, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with design, ecommerce, product, and marketing teams to ensure email and blog content aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, content marketing, ecommerce marketing, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is required.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience writing blog content, product-focused content, or SEO-driven articles.
  • Understanding of email marketing metrics, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
