Job Description
  • Proficient in CRM functionality, Marketo, Elequa, Sendgrid, HubSpot, Silverpop Engage and Google Analytics
  • Experienced in B2B and B2C Marketing automation processes
  • Able to implement best practice for system configuration, development, testing, security and data integrity
  • Design and implement marketing integration and deploy micro/macro campaign processes
  • Analyze data and systems issues and present actionable recommendations
  • Troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identifying root causes and recommended corrective actions
  • Develop, implement and deploy custom workflow processes, support system integrations
  • Performing data analysis to determine the effectiveness of outbound/inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Develop process documentation and training for end users using marketing automation/CRM platforms.
  • Implement lead scoring programs to improve marketing's ability to route qualified leads to sales.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate email testing to optimize messaging to targeted segments.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
