What You’ll Be Doing

As Quality Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) while partnering across engineering, production, and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and directing quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading and performing internal Quality Audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Dexter standards
  • Conducting inspections, design reviews, testing, and integration activities to ensure product standards are achieved
  • Reviewing vendor quality specifications and evaluating purchased components for acceptance
  • Documenting and maintaining all quality records in accordance with company policies
  • Owning and leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Developing innovative approaches to resolve recurring or systemic quality challenges
  • Communicating key quality metrics, risks, and improvement recommendations to leadership
  • Preparing and presenting quality reports and technical updates
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering and Production to resolve internal quality concerns
  • Driving performance improvement targets and measurable KPIs
  • Conducting statistical and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Supporting warranty investigations and customer feedback initiatives
  • Managing all documentation and reporting requirements within the QMS

This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership — setting the standard for quality while guiding teams to achieve it.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Education:

  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification preferred

  • Proven experience leading quality audits and corrective action processes
  • Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to build a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility.
