**Summary:

**

Support the New Source Introduction (NSI) Portfolio Manager

**Responsibilities:

**

  • Providing NSI project status tracking

  • Archiving of NSI DR/PR & GW Review documentation

  • Prepping for NSI Portfolio Review

  • Providing data mining / extraction utilizing Excel and PowerBI

  • Present and explain reports and findings to clients.

  • Facilitate project meetings with various business partners.

  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

  • Daily interaction with NSI Portfolio Manager, NSI Leads, Strategy Leads, Engineers, and Project Management Office staff in support of outlined responsibilities

  • Report to NSI Portfolio Manager for all work assignments

**Qualifications:

**

  • Years of experience: 5+ years project/program management experience in technical field required

  • Degree requirement: 4-yr degree in STEM field preferred

  • Verbal and written communication skills,

  • problem solving skills,

  • attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

**Skills:

**

  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

  • Expertise in use of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc

  • Engine experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

**Pay Transparency:

***The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $42.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
