Title: Residential Counselor - MAP

Location: Foundry B

Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

Schedule: 16hrs - Sat & Sun 3p-11p

FLSA: Non Exempt

What You’ll Do:
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
  • Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
  • Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.
  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
  • Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
  • Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
